Usage

• Soak the feet in warm water for 10 to 15 minutes.
• Use the foot file where you determined you have rough skin and scrap the dead hard skin.
• Use the rough side first.
• Keep scraping until all the area of the foot becomes smooth.
• Use the fine side to scrape the skin.
• Moisturize your feet with lotion.
