Regarding your technical comments about the trucks and bushings, we would like to clarify that these components are adjustable mechanical parts, and their performance can be affected by the way they are assembled and tightened. The bushings are polyurethane/rubber-like components positioned around the truck’s kingpin. They control the resistance and responsiveness of the truck when the rider leans, while the kingpin nut controls the compression of the bushings and therefore the overall tightness/turning response.
If the kingpin nut is tightened excessively, the bushings can become heavily compressed, restricting the truck's ability to pivot freely. On the other hand, if they are too loose, the board can feel unstable. Similarly, the bushing seat and hanger/axle assembly need to have proper clearance and alignment. Therefore, what may appear to be a defective truck can sometimes be related to adjustment, assembly tolerance, or the individual rider's preferred setup.
That said, we absolutely appreciate your observation regarding the truck design and bushing holder area. Quality control should ensure that the bushing, hanger, kingpin and baseplate work together smoothly without binding or abnormal interference.
This particular skateboard is actually one of our hot-selling products, and we have already sold hundreds of units. So far, we have not received a similar complaint regarding the trucks or bushings. Nevertheless, we don't want to dismiss your experience simply because it is uncommon.
