All items are carefully checked prior to dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in excellent condition. If you are still not satisfied or any item delivered is found broken, then you can exchange  it within seven days of purchase. 

Acceptance for exchange  is subject to the following conditions:

  • An Item must be unused and in perfect condition, in its original packaging and the original receipt of the item must be given through email.

Exchange Procedure under Supa:

  • Customer will pay the return delivery charges ( 250 PKR EST ) in case of Exchange, if he or she didn't like the product or there was a size issue. We have mentioned all product sizes on the product page. 
  • Contact Supa customer officer via email at or WhatsApp message at +92 3111 787 222.
  • Deliver us the items back through any courier service at our address given by the support officer.

Our customer service officer will confirm if you are still eligible to exchange  your purchase, and will provide you with an exchange invoice number. The article will still be subjected to a physical examination by representatives after it has been received by the company.

We are unable to assume liability for damage or loss during transport, so please send it in its original packing and through a reputable courier company.
