Acceptance for exchange or refund is subject to the following conditions:

• An Item must be unused and in perfect condition, in its original packaging and the original receipt of the item must be given through email.

Exchange & Refund Procedure under Supa:

• Customer will pay the return delivery charges ( 180 PKR EST ) in case of refund, if he or she didn't like the product or there was a size issue. We have mentioned all product sizes on the product page. 
• Supa will only pay the return delivery charges if the customer wants to exchange it or the item delivered was broken. 
• Contact Supa customer officer via email at support@supa.pk or WhatsApp message at 00 92 311 8163 111.
• Deliver us the items back through any courier service at our address given by the support officer.
• The refunded amount will be transferred back in 24 hours through Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa or JazzCash.

Our customer service officer will confirm if you are still eligible to exchange or return your purchase, and will provide you with an exchange invoice number. The article will still be subjected to a physical examination by representatives after it has been received by the company.
